Ooh I live for lazy days! Sometimes I just want something quick and easy for breakfast. This breakfast idea is just that;a quick, easy and healthy breakfast.
What You Need
- Any yogurt of your choosing
- one banana
- an apple
- some blueberries
I went for the Delamere yogurt because I have seen it a bunch of times on billboards and I wanted to try it out. To be honest I was a little bit disappointed. The taste is different but still not what I expected it to be. Maybe my expectations were too high. The billboard advertisement i must admit was nice.
Lets do this
- Wash your hands and all the fruits
- Chop your banana, apple and mango into small pieces
- Pour the yoghurt into a bowl
- put in the fruits
- Enjoy your healthy breakfast.
